Wynyard Living Masterplan creates a distinctive residential and leisure destination that responds to its unique woodland setting. Developed for Jomast, the masterplan combines luxury homes, wellbeing facilities and community spaces within a carefully considered landscape, establishing a vibrant neighbourhood that balances privacy, connectivity and long-term sustainability.
Developed for Jomast, Wynyard Living Masterplan establishes a vision for a high-quality residential and leisure destination adjacent to Wynyard Golf Club. The masterplan carefully integrates luxury living with wellbeing, recreation and landscape, creating a neighbourhood that responds sensitively to its mature woodland surroundings while enhancing the wider Wynyard estate.
The proposals include fourteen luxury apartment buildings arranged along a landscaped boulevard, set within formal gardens and retained woodland that reinforce the site’s distinctive character. A new country club extends the existing leisure offer with spa and wellness facilities, while the refurbishment of existing maintenance buildings creates a community hub that supports local activity and everyday use.
Every aspect of the masterplan has been designed to create a strong sense of place, encouraging walkability, connectivity and long-term sustainability. The result is a carefully considered development that combines contemporary living with leisure and landscape to create an enduring destination.
